Cancellation Policy

Deposits: A $15 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit goes towards your service. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE! Late Policy: There is a 10 minute LATE grace period. After 10 minutes with no notice your appointment will be cancelled, and you forfeit your deposit. Applies for no call, no show as well. Cancellation/ Reschedule: You have 24 hrs before your appointment to reschedule or cancel. Failed to do so you forfeit your deposit. Arrival: For the comfort and privacy of all clients, I kindly ask that upon arrival you wait in the lobby area. I will personally come to get you when it is time for your appointment. This helps ensure each client receives the best possible experience without interruptions. Guests: One guest is allowed to accompany you to your appointment. Please keep in mind the space is limited. Children are welcomed as long as they can remain seated during your service.
